Here is a Lionel 6814 Vintage O Gauge Postwar First Aid Medical Caboose with Accessories from 1959-61. This caboose features plastic trucks, operating knuckle couplers, and metal wheels and axles. It measures approximately 8.5″ inches long. The figure is not included.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There is a few small spots of rust to the bottom edge of chassis. There are a few spot with missing paint to the shell. There is a light discoloration to the white shell. There figure is not included, but there is an extra oxygen tank set.
