Features include a black painted diecast shell with silver numbers, full complement of driving hardware, a three-position E-unit, a hinged boiler front, an operating headlight, an operating smoke unit, an ornamental bell, a decorative whistle, plastic and metal construction, metal trucks, metal knuckle and latch couplers and metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The locomotive runs and smokes, but the tender does not make a sound. The back end of the cab is slightly bent downwards. The locomotive and tender show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. The locomotive and tender show rust throughout various sections of the chassis and trucks. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
