Here we have a Lionel O Gauge CUSTOM Western Maryland Diesel Locomotive #5378. This item features a plastic body construction as well as metal wheels and knuckle couplers.

This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-3: Good based on visual appearance. The hand rails are loose but still are intact with the unit. The decals have chippings in them. There is sticker residue on this item. This item has had modifications done to it by the previous owner. One wheel assembly on this item has been changed out to a postwar assembly and the other is modern. The decals have been added by the previous owner. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. There are light rub marks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. There are some signs of rusting on the hand railings. The original box is not included. The instruction manual is not included. Overall condition is Restored – Good.
