These items have been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The wheels show average run-time. Both the powered and non-powered locomotives are missing there decorative horns. This locomotive has been tested and the motor did not function. This locomotive is being sold as is. This locomotive set shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shells and chassis. This locomotive set shows rust on the chassis, trucks, wheels, and axels.
