The locomotive features metal construction, operating headlight, a motor, and metal wheels and axles. These cars feature tinplate construction, metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The locomotive’s operation tested as nonfunctional, and is being sold As-Is. The locomotive and cars show heavy rusting on the wheels. The locomotive and cars show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis.
