These items have been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The wheels show average run-time. These locomotives have not been tested and are being sold as-is. Two of the #999 locomotives are missing there front bells. The road numbers on the three #999 locomotives have been removed and are heavily faded. These locomotives show scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shells and chassis. This locomotives show rust on the shells, chassis, trucks, wheels, and axels.
