These items have been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. One of the locomotives is missing a set of wheels. The wheels show average run-time. These items have not been tested and is being sold As-Is. These locomotives and tenders show scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shells and chassis. These locomotives show rust on the chassis, trucks, wheels and axels. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
