This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. These items show scratches and spots of paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. There is also rust throughout various sections of the chassis, wheels, axels and trucks. The overall appearance of each item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning.
