Here is a Marx Vintage O Gauge Wind-Up Popeye Handcar. This handcar features tinplate construction, key wind-up drive function, and figures of Popeye and Olive.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The wind-up operation tested as functional. The Popeye and Olive figures are missing from the handcar and are not included. The paint is slightly discolored and faded due to age. Various sections of the handcar show some spots of paint loss and scratches. The shell and some of the mechanical components show rusting. The original litho printing and the lettering have overall held up great despite the age and are still clearly visible and legible. The instruction manual is not included.
