Description

Here is a Marx Vintage O Mechanical Union Pacific Assorted Locomotives and Freight Cars. One of the locomotives is a mechanical wind-up unit. The other locomotive is just a shell with wheels. This unit includes the mechanical wind-up key. Simply insert the square key in the right side of the unit, crank, and release the brake lever to watch this locomotive go. A Union Pacific #3824 caboose and a B&LE #90171 boxcar are included. Also included with this unit are straight (2) and curved (6) track sections. The cars feature tinplate body construction, metal axles, couplers, and a combination of both plastic and metal wheels.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. There is rust on the axles. The track sections have some wear and grime. There are prominent scratches and paint chips on the body of the units. The wind-up tool is rusting. There is significant grime on these units. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is included. The original box is not included.
