Here are MTH 20-98103 O Gauge West Virginia Pulp & Paper Stake Flatcars (Set of 3). The flat cars are plastic, but are weighted and have good feel to them. They feature diecast sprung trucks, plastic construction, knuckle couplers and metal wheels & axles. They are designed to compliment the MTH 20-3023 Shay steam loco.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-8: Like New based on visual appearance. This item appears to have been operated sparingly, and displays overall signs of very light previous use. The original paint is in great shape, and the rest of the unit displays a like-new overall finish. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
