This is a MTH 30-1164-1 O Pennsylvania 2-8-2 L-1 Mikado Steam Loco & Tender with PS2 #1627 from 2000. Features include a precision flywheel equipped motor, a detailed cab interior and optionally equipped with your choice of loco sound featuring speed control and bell, horn and engine sounds or ProtoSound 2.0 with a digital command system featuring speed and light control, diagnostic memory, remotely controlled proto couplers and freight yard proto effects.
