This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The previous owner has taped Christmas wreaths to the sides and front of this house. Two of the wreaths are missing but the white tape ring is still attached. There is glue residue on the chimney. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
