This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-3: Good based on visual appearance. Even though this brass item has some minor imperfections, it will make an impressive addition to any collection! This item has been custom painted and decaled by the previous owner. The wheels and rolling pickups show signs of average use. There are nicks and scratches on the surface of this item. There are spots of paint loss on the locomotive and tender. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included along with the foam liner. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Restored – Good.
