This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-3: Good based on visual appearance. This item has been custom painted by the previous owner. There is glue residue on the road name on the locomotive. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The original box is included along with the foam liner.
