This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The locomotive is non-functional due to stripped drive-axel gears. The locomotive is being sold As-Is. This locomotive shows scratches and tarnish throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. This item has been inspected by our repair shop.
