This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-2: Fair based on visual appearance. The tender is not orioginal to the locomotive. The tender’s shell is heavily damaged with some dents visible throughout various sections. The tender is several oxidized and heavily tarnished with heavy discoloration present. The tender is missing all of the wheels. The locomotive’s boiler railing and the railing on the front platform are heavily bent and partially detached. This locomotive shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included.
