Description

This is a Piko 62208 G Scale Bill’s Body Shop Building Kit. This kit is a typical car repair workshop of the 1930’s. This modernized version also allows for a shutter gate to be constructed, which is also moveable. The kit allows for many expansion possibilities thanks to the modular construction. The kit is realistically aged, weather-resistant and easy to assemble. Dimensions: 22.4 x 9.8 x 10.2″ This kit was assembled by the previous owner.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The garage has bent sections which can fall out of the guides if moved. The shop door can easily swing open. There is a gap in the roof in the middle from a possible missing section. One of the vent pipes on the roof is loose and can come off easily. There are sections of glue on the building visible from previous assembly. There are chipped sections paint missing in various pieces of the building. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The original box is not included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item.
