PIKO G Buildings and Accessories are made primarily of an extremely tough, UV- and weather-resistant polycarbonate plastic material, with ultra fade-resistant color molded in. Many parts are also lightly weathered for a more realistic look. This measures approx 9″ x 9.5′ x 14″.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are scuffs and scratches on the walls and roof of the building. One of the windows on the back is missing. There is glue residue on the walls. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
