Here is a Piko 62238 G Scale R. Kings House Bldg. Kit. This kit is weather resistant, and realistically aged. Dimensions: 9.7 x 7.2 x 9.3″ This kit already comes assembled.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. The roof and the sides have a layer of dust. The windows on the house appeared to be broken and that is just about every window. There are also visible glue globs where there may have been a gable that is missing. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item. Overall condition is Excellent.
