Description

This is a Pola 924 Hotel Canyon City building kit. The Canyon City hotel is a recreation of a typical Wild West establishment. Never located far from the train station, the hotel served many purposes and was the center of activity for townspeople as well as travelers. This model has wonderful colored clapboard siding and a shingled roof. The doors and windows open and close and this model includes an outside staircase which gives access to the rooms on the upper floor. This unit measures 13.3 x 9.4 x 13.8″

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This kit has been opened and may have broken or missing components. Some of the connected kit pieces have come apart. The box has many abrasions on the surface. The previous owner had placed stickers on this item’s packaging and there are small abrasions as a result. This unit includes the decoration stickers. The instruction manual is included. The original box is included. Please check the photos for a detailed look at this item.
