This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There are sections of glue along the seems from previous assembly. There are sections of gutter that have been separated from the building and damaged from the separation. There are small sections of lost paint in various locations on the building. There are light rub marks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning.
