The tender features plastic construction, plastic trucks, operating rear knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This item appears to have been run sparingly, and displays overall signs of light previous use. The item has broken trim pieces on the locomotive and tender. There are scratches on the locomotive and tender.
