Here is a Proto 2000 23335 Atchison Topeka & Santa Fe 2-8-8-2 #1790. This locomotive features a heavy diecast chassis, DC motor with superrite anisotropic magnets, sintered bronze oilless bearings, all-wheel drive and electrical pickup, 5 pole skew wound balanced armature motor with low amp draw, dual machined brass flywheels, operating knuckle couplers, operating headlamp, metal wheels and axles.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item ran but you have to hold it down for proper connection with the track. There are trim pieces missing from this item. Some are included as shown in the photos and some are missing that are not included. Some of them are broken but still intact with the unit. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. There are light rub marks and scratches on the surface of the shell and chassis. The original box is included. The instruction manual is not included. Overall condition is Very Good.
