Description

Here is a St. Petersburg Tram Collection 59-1 O Scale MTA 1946 Pullman-Standard PCC 2-Rail. This is a very limited edition and hard to find unit, only 75 ever made! This unit is 13/75 and includes the certification card. This is from the 3197-3221 series. These units are hand painted and made in Russia. Features include a plastic body construction, plastic wheels and trucks, and scale couplers.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There is slight discoloration on the windshield wipers of this unit, possibly signs of rust. There is a string hanging at the bottom of the unit, it appears to be a spare and could potentially be pushed back into the body of the unit. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The previous owner has written on the box. The instruction manual is not included.
