This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. There is rust present on the trim pieces, axles, and underside of some of these units. Some of the units are missing brake wheels. There are side trim pieces broken and missing on the tank cars. There is significant dust and grime buildup on some of the units. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. There is some orange paint on the underside of some of the units. There are scuff marks and scratches and rub marks on the body and wheel assemblies of these units. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
