The locomotive features plastic construction, plastic trucks, rapido couplers, metal wheels and axles and a motor. The passenger cars features plastic construction, plastic trucks, metal wheels and axles, and rapido couplers.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The locomotive was tested and runs properly. There are many scratches & scuffs all along the bodies. The wheels show signs of wear. The underside of the passenger cars show signs of rust. There may be a few small decorative pieces may be missing from some cars. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
