This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-3: Good based on visual appearance. This item has been painted and decorated by the previous owner. Light scratches and paint imperfections are present across the body and underframe. The decals have lightly visible outlines, and the number decals on the sides of the cab are slightly askew.
