Here is a Van Hobbies HO BRASS CPR Pacific 4-6-2 Steam Locomotive & Tender #1200 – painted. Features include brass construction, brass trucks, knuckle couplers, metal wheels & axles and a motor.

Introduced in its prototype form in the late 19th century, the 4-6-2 would take the world by storm at the turn of the 20th century, being seen as one of the biggest innovation in the history of locomotives — the 4-6-2 would quickly finds its place in rail-yards across the world. Heralded for its ability to haul passengers, the 4-6-2 was a versatile model hauling freight and coal as well, with tank variants being introduced later during the 20th century. Traveling at speeds upwards of 100mph the 4-6-2 was featured on rail-ways ranging from Argentina to Egypt, and all the way to the far East in China!

This item has been graded per TCA standards (Restored/Repainted) R-3: Good based on visual appearance. Even though this brass item has some minor imperfections, it will make an impressive addition to any collection! This item has been custom painted and decaled by the previous owner. The wheels and rolling pickups show signs of average use. The locomotive is missing the front truck, another model’s front truck is included. There are nicks and scratches on the surface of this item. There are spots of paint loss on the locomotive and tender. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included along with the foam liner.
