This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. These are missing paint and have marks on them. The baggage cars only have one porter and the previous owner added some accessories to one of the carts. There are some nicks and rough spots to some of these. There are a couple different scales in these items. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included.
