You can place e. g. 2 or more houses next to each other yet they have a different effect. The house is equipped with many details, e. g. iron lattice ornaments as decoration, filigree balconies, stucco front, distinct columns and more. Dimensions: L 11 x W 10,5 x H 20 cm.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are scuffs and scratches on the side of the walls. The plastic trim is missing from one side of the building. The overall appearance of this item may be improved with a gentle and thorough cleaning. The instruction manual is not included.
