Here is a Williams 21011 O Gauge Western Maryland Alco FB-1 Non-Powered Diesel Locomotive #310. Struggling to compete with GM’s dominance, ALCO introduced its first diesel locomotive, the FA-1 in 1945. ALCO realized that there was a tremendous demand to satisfy from the railroads phasing out steam power. The unit was designed as a dual purpose locomotive suitable for freight & passenger service. ALCO produced almost 700 units between 1945 – 1950 for railroads all over the country. This locomotive features:

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. This item appears to have been run, and displays overall signs of light previous use. There are nicks and scratches on the shell and chassis of this item. The wheels show signs of average run-time. The original paint is in great shape, and the unit displays excellent overall finish. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included.
