Here is a Williams 21902 Custom Delaware & Hudson Alco PA Alco PA Diesel Locomotive #16. This locomotive features plastic construction, die-cast trucks, knuckle couplers, metal wheels, and a motor.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. One of the rear steps is broken off of the truck. This locomotive shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. Previous owner has added custom 16 decal to the side of this item. This item has been inspected by our repair shop. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. The instruction manual is not included.
