Here is a Williams 4880 O Gauge Pennsylvania GG-1 Dummy Locomotive #4880. This locomotive features metal construction, metal trucks, metal wheels and axles, and knuckle couplers.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. The pantograph pieces are missing. The trucks and mounts show some rusting. The shell paint shows spots of bubbling. This locomotive shows scratches and paint loss throughout various sections of the shell and chassis. The item was tested, the illumination functions but the sounds did not. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is not included.
