This is an HO Scale Athearn 3219 Baltimore and Ohio F7A Powered Diesel Locomotive. Features include plastic construction, plastic trucks, couplers, an operating headlight, and metal wheels.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. One of the horns along the roof appears to have broken off & is missing from the locomotive. The road name decal also appear to be fading along both sides of the body. Lastly, one of the couplers is missing. The wheels show average signs of wear. This item has been out on display previously and its overall appearance could be significantly improved with a thorough dusting or a light wipe down. The instruction manual is not included. The original box is included. The box has some edge wear, light creases and small tears. Please see our photos for a more detailed look. Overall condition is Very Good.
