Here is a TPS Vintage Train Go Round Tippy Toy. This product features a plastic and metal tin plate construction with a plastic dome covering the trains that spin when wound up.

This item has been graded per TCA standards C-5: Good based on visual appearance. Signs of rusting, paint chipping and scratches on the surface from previous use. The piece that winds up the toy that spins under the dome is missing. The original box is not included. The instruction manual is not included. Please see my pictures for additional features.
